RETURNS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The customer undertakes, by accepting this, and once the online purchase procedure has been concluded, to print and/or keep these general conditions (which, moreover, he/she will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase), and to collect the item ordered by him/her, which will enjoy the right of withdrawal for the following 30 days. Returns are only made with exchange of goods or with vouchers to be discounted on goods. We manage returns with a cash refund WITHIN 30 DAYS from the time of delivery. It is also specified that the exchange must be made with an item of the same category: watches with watches, jewelry with jewelry, assembled watches with assembled watches.

Once the order has been confirmed and the purchase and payment conditions accepted, the buyer is jointly and severally liable to collect the shipment upon delivery. Any rejection of the order will be resolved with due legal procedure, out of court, for the recovery of the credit incurred to fulfill his order.

NB. The right of withdrawal will not be accepted if the watches are without the original protective films, worn, sized, damaged or missing integral or accessory parts.
The returned item must have the original packaging.
Only in this case, the goods will be returned to the sender with shipping costs charged .
